run_ibm_sim
An example wrapper script for running experiments on IBM (simulator) machines.
Note: outdated as of 2024.
Relies upon bench_qubo.DataBaseQUBO to store instances and
bench_qubo.QUBOSolverIBM to handle interactions with the (remote)
hardware.
